Flexisorb
Flexisorb enables each industrial dehumidifier system to be tailored to suit individual requirements and offers
everything from basic desiccant dehumidification to a complete climatic control system with integrated refrigeration.
These solutions are based on four energy-efficient dehumidification
principles: Recusorb, Econosorb, Consorb and Frigosorb.
Bespoke
The high performance SSCR silica gel rotor is at the heart of every
Flexisorb system. With total flexibility in design, these highly
efficient industrial air dryers are structured around the rotor to
conform precisely to customers' specifications.
Dehumidification is the prime objective of Flexisorb, and whilst
precooling is often required, post cooling and post heating can also
be included.
With available air flows up to 140,000 m³/h, the Flexisorb system
offers one of the most versatile air drying systems available today.
Optimised control
Flexisorb systems are supplied with controls to suit each particular
application - from basic PLC to complete interlaced PID temperature-humidity control. Our aim is to provide close
environmental control whilst also ensuring efficient integration of all system functions.
One unit - one supplier
We provide the complete solution as a "plug & play" unit. This
simplifies delivery, reduces installation time and eliminates
potential demarcation problems at commissioning stage.
Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly
All Flexisorb dehumidifiers are designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally
friendly. Regeneration heaters are available for use with natural gas, LPG, diesel fuel,
steam, HPHW and electric - or a combination of two.

The SSCR adsorption rotor from Seibu Giken is at the heart of every DST
dehumidifier. This SSCR silica gel rotor has been a leading light in the field of
adsorption technology for many years and offers numerous advantages:- efficient
drying process, washable rotor, bacteriostatic, non-flammable, environmentally
friendly, long service life, high dehumidification capacity & no particulate carry-over.
