© Copyright 2009 Humidity Control Systems Ltd        Tel: 0044 (1) 522 753722   SSCR Rotor - History   1975 - Developed a Lithium Chloride absorbent rotor for industrial desiccant dehumidifiers. 1984 - Developed the world's first commercially available Silica Gel rotor - type SSCR. 1985 - Developed the high capacity Silica Gel (metal silicate) rotor type SSCR-M. 1986 - Developed the super low dewpoint Silicate-Zeolite rotor type SZCR. 1992 - Developed the Ultra Silica Gel bacteriostatic rotor type SSCR-U (20 to 30% more efficient than the SSCR-M). 1993 - Developed the SSCR-L Silica Gel rotor for use with low reactivation temperatures. 2003 - Commercial release of the SSCR-H - a high capacity, bacteriocidal Silica Gel rotor.
