Important - Wet Air Outlet duct arrangement for all desiccant dehumidifier installations
System 1
Desiccant dehumidifier type DC installed within the dehumidified room.
Fresh air input (optional) can be used to provide a positive pressure in
the room. A negative pressure can be created by omitting the
reactivation inlet duct.
System 3
Desiccant dehumidifier type DC installed outside the dehumidified
room. Fresh air input (optional) can be used to provide a positive
pressure in the room.
System 2
Desiccant dehumidifier type R with internal heat recovery, installed within
the dehumidified room. Fresh air input (optional) can be used to provide a
positive pressure in the room. A negative pressure can be created by
omitting the reactivation inlet duct.
System 4
Desiccant dehumidifier type R with internal heat recovery, installed
outside the dehumidified room. Fresh air input (optional) can be used to
provide a positive pressure in the room.
System 5
Desiccant dehumidifier type DR with internal heat recovery, installed
within the boundary walls. Process inlet damper adjusted to create
positive pressure in the dehumidified room (if fresh air duct is omitted, the
room will operate under negative pressure).
System 6
Desiccant dehumidifier type DR with internal heat recovery, installed
outside the boundary walls. Dampers are adjusted to create a positive
(or negative) pressure in the dehumidified room.
System 7
Desiccant dehumidifier type R with internal heat recovery, used to blow
air into or through an object (total loss system).
System 8
Desiccant dehumidifier type DR with internal heat recovery, used to
blow air into or through an object (total loss system).
